Introduction to the app
You must have a BtcTurk account to be able to log into the BtcTurk | PRO mobile app. If you are not a member of BtcTurk yet, you can register using the mobile app.
You can log into BtcTurk with your registered email address and password by clicking the Login button. You then need to enter your two-factor verification code. After entering the temporary code, sent to you via SMS or generated by your authenticator, the app will ask you to set a password. We recommend that you do not use this password on other platforms but to devise a password specifically for BtcTurk.
Please note: after entering your email address and password you should see an image. If this is not your own unique image or is different from the image shown in your previous logins, do not enter your temporary code. Do not enter your temporary code if you don’t see any security image either.
Pairs
After you set your password, you are ready to use the app. On the prices screen, you will see the pairs you can trade on BtcTurk | PRO. You have the ability to filter them by TRY, BTC or USDT. You can add a favourite pair by clicking the star icon to the left of its name. You then have the option to view all of your favourite trading pairs.
When you select a trading pair you have immediate access to its price chart, depth chart, best bid/ask prices, 24-hour high/low prices and 24-hour volume. You can quickly switch to the trading screen from this screen using the Buy and Sell buttons.
Wallet
By clicking the Wallet tab, you can check your funds and available balance. Cryptocurrencies can also be viewed as their approximate values in Lira, Bitcoin and Tether.
Using the Available tab, you can see how much of your balance is available to make a new trade. This will be the amount that is not engaged in any pending trade. Swipe your finger on your asset of choice to quickly switch to the Deposit and Buy-Sell screens.
Trade
The Trade screen is designed for speed and efficiency when trading.
Monitoring the order book, current price and depth table is easy. In order to place Market, Stop and Limit orders, simply switch to the relevant tab and fill in the boxes. If you wish to avoid filling in the price fields one by one, you can click on any line in the Order Book and copy the price and volume into the order boxes automatically. If you want to place an order with a certain proportion of your balance, you can use the 25%, 50%, 75% or 100% buttons.
After confirming your buy or sell order, you can check all your open orders. Simply navigate to the Open Orders section at the bottom right. You will have two options: to view your all open orders or just the active pair. You can cancel an order by swiping left on it.
In the Last Trades section, you can get an overview of your last orders performed.
Funding
With the BtcTurk | PRO mobile app, you can deposit and withdraw cryptocurrencies.
You can view the deposit address if you want to deposit cryptocurrency. Ensure that your transfers are over the minimum deposit limits.
In order to withdraw cryptocurrency, you must save the address which you will withdraw to. You can use addresses you previously added or add a new withdrawal address. When adding a cryptocurrency withdrawal address, you will be asked to enter a two-factor verification code.
Account
In the Account section, you can view all your account information, including its status, any remaining deposits and withdrawal limits. You can examine previous activities in detail using filters. You can also access your active alarms, delete them or add new ones.
You can change the channels (email or push notification) that BtcTurk will contact you on from the My Notification Preferences menu. You can choose to receive notifications on operations such as crypto deposits or withdrawals.
You can access the Logout menu in the Account section to exit the app and terminate your session.
Security
You can change your BtcTurk password and manage your PIN codes using the Security menu. Mobile Login Options (fingerprint and facial recognition) may be activated if they are a feature of your smartphone. On Device Management, you can follow all the devices that have logged into your BtcTurk account and terminate active sessions on other devices. When logging in, you can check your unique security visual.
